Are you Licensed & Insured?

Yes, I am Licensed & Insured.

What do you charge to come look at my project, repair or to give me a bid?

Nothing at all, all bids and consultations are free!

What is your hourly rate?

I do not charge by the hour, I believe that a contractor should know what each job will cost before it starts and stick to that price. This ensures that every customer knows exactly what they are spending and what they will be getting in return.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes

I already have most of the materials, will you install them?

Yes, I will look at what you have and confirm it is the proper material for the job and go from there.

My house flooded can you do all of the repairs?

Yes, and I will explain and walk you through the entire process including dealing with the Insurance companies.

Can you do a walkthrough before I sell my house?

Yes, I can give you a punch list of everything that could potentially be called out in a home inspection and what it would cost to fix them, also if you already have the inspection report I can give you pricing to do all the repairs.

Do you offer financing?

No, unfortunately I do not offer financing.

Do you haul the debris?

Yes, depending on the size or the project I will either take it by the truck load or have a dumpster on site.

How far out are you booked?

Changes daily, I dedicate one day a week to take care of small jobs. For larger projects your best bet is to call or text, no matter how busy I am I will do my best to help.

Will it be you that does the work?

Most of the time it will be just me, occasionally with a helper.  On larger projects things like electrical, plumbing & HVAC will be done by my trusted sub-contractors that I know and trust

Do you require a deposit?

In almost every case yes, depending on the size of the job it can be 20%-50%. Exceptions are small one day jobs.
